Stage 1

  1. Beginner Ji Ben Gong
  2. Discussion on Yi, Qi, Shen
  3. Vital Breathing Method
  4. Power Stretching
  5. Discussion Of Song and Ting
  6. First Ting Exercise
  7. Learning Rebounding and Push Energy
  8. Discussion on Magnetic and Electric forces
  9. Discussion on Fa Jin and Nei Jin
  10. 6 Directional Fa Jin
  11. Song Shen Wu Fa
  12. Discussion and understanding of the 13 Taiji Principles
  13. Student begins to learn the opening movement of the Yang 37 Short Form
  14. Student learns Spinning Hands Push Drill
  15. Student learns form movements up to Single Whip
  16. Student learns 7 Point Push Drill
  17. Student learns Single Push Hands Drill
  18. Student learns the rest of the 1st Road of the form
  19. Student Must Test on all above skills to continue

Adults Stage 2

  1. Continue developing your power stretching
  2. Continue developing 6 Directional Fa Jin
  3. Student learns Zhan Zhuang and it’s importance
  4. Discussion on the 3 Dantians
  5. Dantian Rotations
  6. Continue practicing Song, Ting, Rebounding Energy and Pushing Energy
  7. Continue developing Stage 1 Push Hands Skills
  8. Student learns Double Push, Push Hands Drill
  9. Student learns Single and Double Split Push, Push Hands Drill
  10. Student learns Road 2 of the Yang 37 Short Form
  11. Student learns Swing Arms, Push Hands Drill
  12. Student Learns Intercepting Energy
  13. Student Learns Receiving and Plucking Energy
  14. Student Learns Seizing Energy
  15. Student Must Test on all above skills to continue
