Our Junior Black Sash program is designed to get your child’s feet wet in the world of Kung Fu. For the beginner, Kung Fu can be overwhelming, so our Junior Black Sash program works out great. We focus on building your child Mentally, Physically and Spiritually. After your child finishes the Junior Black Sash program, they will be prepared to learn all the additional material to earn their Traditional Black Sash.

  • Lien Bu Chuan Form

Requirements to test for Brown Sash

  • 25 Push Ups
  • 50 Squats
  • 50 Sit-ups
  • Run 1 mile in 7.5 minutes
  • Touch the floor with your palms, no knee bend

  • Run 1 mile in 7 minutes
