At New Life Kung Fu we have a simple cancellation policy. If you have a scheduled class and would like to cancel that class we require a 24 hour notice. If you do not cancel within 24 hours of your class you are still responsible for paying for that class.

What about if something happens the day of the class and I can not make it. Again we have a simple policy. The only excused class is excused with a dated doctors note or a dated repair bill from a mechanic or an auto store if you had car issues.

The policy is pretty simple. If you have a scheduled class either come to the class or cancel the class within 24 hours of the scheduled class.

What about prepaid classes, meaning I paid in advance? The only excused class is excused with a dated doctors note or a dated repair bill from a mechanic or an auto store if you had car issues. If you are planning a vacation, or have a wedding coming up or anything that you are planning, don't prepay for a class.
